Privacy Policy

Nursifycare is a software-as-a-service platform operated from India. We help home nursing agencies manage scheduling, attendance, care logs, billing and family communication.

We collect three categories of data:

• Account data: agency owner name, phone number, email, agency name, address, city, GST number, bank details (for payouts).
• Operational data: nurse profiles (name, qualifications, contact, photo, documents), patient profiles (name, address, medical condition tags, family contacts), schedules, attendance check-ins (with GPS coordinates), care logs (vitals, medicines, observations), invoices and payments.
• Usage data: device type, browser, IP address (for security), and page-level analytics so we can improve the product.

• To run the agency dashboard and the nurse and family portals.
• To send the WhatsApp notifications that the agency has configured (e.g. nurse check-in alerts, daily care reports, invoices).
• To process payments through Razorpay and reflect the result on the invoice.
• To maintain audit trails so an agency can verify what happened and when.
• To improve Nursifycare based on aggregated usage trends.

Each agency lives in its own logical workspace inside our database (multi-tenant isolation enforced at the row level). One agency cannot see another agency's nurses, patients, schedules, billing or notifications. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

Patient information is sensitive. We treat it as confidential health-related data. We never sell it. We never use it for advertising. The agency is the data controller for its patient records; Nursifycare acts as the data processor on the agency's behalf.

We share data only with:

• Amazon Web Services (our database, file storage, and application hosting provider).
• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — only the message content, recipient phone, and template parameters required to deliver the message.
• Razorpay — only the invoice amount, customer name, phone and email needed to issue a payment link.
• Anthropic — when AI care summaries are enabled, the care log being summarised (patient first name, age, gender, vitals, medicines, meals, activities and the nurse’s observations) is sent to generate the summary. It is not used to train their models.
• Resend — to deliver transactional account emails, such as password reset messages.

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

Agency owners can export their data at any time and request deletion of their workspace. We honour deletion within 7 working days; backups are purged within 30 days. To exercise these rights email atsandeep05@gmail.com.

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and session continuity. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Nursifycare is a B2B tool for nursing agencies. It is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated to agency owners via email or in-product notice.
